Our weekend immersions will be taught through a combination of online and in-studio lectures by Kevan Gale, Jen Frey, Alicia Molloy and others in the Fluid Yoga Collective.

Kevan is co-owner of Stil Studio in greater Boston, creator of Fluid Yoga and Triyana Studies, and an avid cyclist, photographer, and father.
Jennifer Frey, Lead Instructor
Jen is the owner and lead teacher of Newfane Village Yoga where she teaches Fluid Yoga styles of Vinyasa, SPA and HEALing Yoga as well as Tibetan Buddhist inspired meditation and dharma classes. Jen’s core philosophy is that yoga should be available and accessible to all. She creates a comfortable, relatable and relaxed atmosphere in which a challenging flow is punctuated with warmth and giggles. Her goal is always to get you to try something new with a sense of humor. She embraces a versatile Vinyasa flow and modifies to suit all levels. Mindfulness, breath work and inspiration from the buddhist teachings are fundamental ingredients in her approach.
Jen began practicing yoga in 1998. What started out as a purely physical endeavor evolved into a pathway for life. Jen is an E-RYT 500 and a YACEP. She studied Fluid Yoga (200 hour and 500 hour) with Kevan Gale at Stil Studio, Boston and has continued her studies with Fluid styles of HEALing Yoga with Alicia Molloy and SPA Yoga with Betty Riaz. Jen is currently participating in a three year spiritual immersion Triyana program led by her teacher Kevan Gale under the guidance of our esteemed teacher Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten.
Alicia Molloy, Anatomist
With over 10 years of experience in sports and orthopedics after training 6 years at Northeastern University’s Masters program for physical therapy Alicia Molloy has been able to help patients heal from injury and inspire them to change their lifestyle to prevent future injury. Always treating with a heavy focus on posture, movement patterns and body mechanics, Alicia has been a perpetual student of learning traditional researched-based practices in medicine, newly developed techniques and alternative medicine that have been shown to help people live their lives pain-free.
Alicia began teaching yoga only after she found an extremely therapeutic effect from her own personal practice of yoga. After training with Kevan Gale in Fluid Yoga she gained the tools and the experience to begin applying yoga poses, breathing techniques and guided meditation to her patients in need. She is focused on the overall well-being of her patients and students. When she is not working with patients in the clinic, or teaching group classes, she is teaching the anatomy portion of various teacher trainings and holding workshops for yoga teachers and students for injury prevention.
