Alison Lara Mott spent the first chapter of her professional life as a choreographer and dance educator. In that role, she held a calm center for her high school students during the storms of adolescence. She also encouraged them to embrace a duality of learning; how to welcome new ideas and information while simultaneously trusting their inner experience. Now in Chapter Two, as a practitioner of Zero Balancing and a certified health coach, she continues to hold the calm center for clients to unfurl into themselves. She invites people to respect the intelligence of their bodies and to listen inwardly so as to find balance in a whirlwind of information.
