WE ARE NOW OFFERING ONLINE CLASSES SO THAT WE CAN STAY IN COMMUNITY AND CONTINUE TO CULTIVATE THE HEALING POWERS OF OUR PRACTICE, WHILE KEEPING OUR DISTANCE AT HOME.
Classes and appointments will be held via online meeting software Zoom.
Login to your mindbody account (or create an account if you’re new) and check all the boxes to receive text and email notifications so we can send you the link to access your class
Then sign up for class by dropping in, using your membership or class package.
We’ll send you a link to a Zoom meeting via email and/or text. Click the link 10-15 minutes before class time to join your virtual classroom!
Set yourself up in a space with strong internet signal, with your yoga mat and any props or alternatives you have. Towels, books, and belts can stand in mats, blocks, and straps! Your teacher will teach a class catered to small spaces and limited props. Do not worry if there is noise in the background of your home during the class. You can simply press mute while in the class.
