  1. Zoom:  Classes and appointments are via the online meeting software Zoom. You can download the Zoom app to any of your devices or visit can be used on any of your devices as an app, or on laptops and desktops, etc.  Virtual classes are portable!

  2. MindBody Visit to sign in or sign up. When signing up, check all the boxes to receive a text and email notifications so we can send you the link to access your class. Be sure these boxes are checked as we will not be able to send you the link to class without it.  If you have questions, please email 

  3. Choose Classes:  Then you can sign up for the class by dropping in, using your membership or class package as you would in person at the studio. If you are new to IHY, we offer an unlimited 30 day class-pass for $30.  Due to the pandemic's impacts on many people's lives, we also now offer an economic hardship drop-in option for $13 for those who need it.   Once you sign into a class, you will receive the Zoom link to it meeting via email and/or text. Click the link 10-15 minutes before class time to join your virtual classroom!                                                                                                                          

  4. Prepare: Set yourself up in a space with strong internet signal, with your yoga mat and any props or alternatives you have. Towels, books, and belts can stand in mats, blocks, and straps- get creative! Your teacher will teach a class catered to small spaces and limited props. Do not worry if there is noise in the background of your home during the class. You can simply press mute while in the class.  This is also an option to turn off the video feed of yourself.
