We are excited to announce that we are now back in the studio for our full schedule of classes.
 

• Studio mats and props are available to use as needed and each student is responsible for wiping down yoga mats and props with the disinfectant wipes provided by the studio. You are welcome to bring your own equipment.

• Each studio is outfitted with air purification systems to cycle and clean the air.
   

• ​IHY will clean all mats, props and launder the blankets and bolsters on a frequent basis.
