Pandemic Protocol for In-Studio Classes
Preparing Yourself for Class
-
Bring your own props in a bag or container – blankets, blocks, bolsters, mats, and anything else that would make your practice more comfortable.
-
Pre- registration required; class size limited to 14. No exceptions.
-
Masks required at all times. Masks will be available at the studio for anyone who forgets.
What to Expect at the Studio
-
A class host will greet you at the door and admit you one at a time. The host will ask you a brief questionnaire regarding your recent travel and risk level and will take your temperature with a no-touch infrared thermometer.
-
You will need to wash your hands immediately upon arrival.
-
The host will communicate the flow of traffic and help people to know where they are supposed to be and will organize the room for optimal safety.
-
Sanitizer will be available in multiple locations.
-
We have implemented a no-touch sign-in policy. You must register ahead of time.
-
Students are encouraged to use the rest rooms before class begins to limit traffic during class. However, restrooms will be open during class as well.
-
Windows and doors will be left open at all times as weather permits.
-
Free-standing industrial-grade HEPA air filtration unit will be in place.
-
Studio surfaces will be sanitized before and after each class.
